DISH Network is once again being told to rectify their theft of TiVo's intellectual property. Depending on how they actually go about addressing this issue, it could be their saving grace, or their final undoing.

This is a meaningless down poke, I'm thinking either

A) More people using the internet for streaming and less interested in cable.

B) A solar flare hits in 2012 and knocks out the Dish Network satellite grid
