PROSHARES TR (DIG)

CAPS Rating:
**

Exchange traded fund

Rating a stock in CAPS consists of three components:

Your call - Will this stock outperform or underperform the S&P 500? Successful picks are measured in terms of whether or not you were correct and by how many percentage points.

Your time frame - A guideline for other members to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

Each time you rate a stock, CAPS updates the community intelligence for the company, which may or may not change its CAPS rating. For more information, visit the Help tab at the top of the page.

$25 oil coming? Maybe. Inflation coming back? Definitely!! A 50% move in oil from these levels will bring oil back to less than $65 a barrel. Does anyone really think oil is going to stay under $65 a barrel for very long?

Oil is going to stay range bound. As a result this ETF will underperform.

Bought at $31.25... Even though it's an ETF, Dig is a good way to play crude... Range is 28-39, with oil at 65-85, so low thirtys is a good entry. Sell when it reaches $36-38, for 15-20% gain in 6-12 months... Oil is my friend and oil never disappoints...eventually.

buy low sell high. natural gas prices wont stay this low forever. we are running out of oil and it's only a matter of time that oil goes back to $100 a barrel or even $200 Natural gas is the most likely big market to compensate for oil.

When you hear that people are buying oil and keeping it on tankers planning to sell it for a profit in a couple of months...
