This stock is a disaster waiting to happen. The past two quarters were shored up only by property sales. Operating income is down drastically with no hope of rebounding in the foreseeble future.

Company is worth at least $90/share on a sum-of-the-parts basis. The marker is not properly valuing its mineral rights and other assets.

Deltic Timber Corporation, located in Louisiana and Arkansas, is largely undisturbed by its biggest competitor, Universal Timber Corporation. Universal stays out of Arkansas and Louisiana, allowing Deltic a safehaven. Chaching. With the rising demand for their products combined with all this, we see that Deltic is a great candidate for rising stock price.
