Banking on the law suit being without merit. Well, actually I am inclined to think that they probably rip off Medicare. But I am betting that they will go unpunished.

CYH is run by a megalomaniac, narcissistic CEO who encourages fraudulent, criminal behavior. They are currently the subject of multiple federal investigations, with several potentially big-time whistleblower suits, not to mention the Tenet suit. I think they will be the next Enron, and I think the wheels will come off CYH within 1-2 years.

fundamental ratios show an undervalued company, a result of the share price being unfarily hit hard in 2011. Looking for target of $35 before the end of the year.
