Nice clean balance sheet....There's some Construction exposure but their NPAs are non-existent ( 36 bps) and Charge-Off rate of 1 bps. .....They have lot fo Tangible equity to cover it. This will survive and flourish.

Chino Valley has been a great local bank stock for decades, but it's going to suffer along with all the others for the next few quarters. The bottom is not here yet, but I'll be the first to jump in once the dust starts to clear.

CVB Financial is underpriced. A strong bank with relatively little debt, they've weathered the recent financial storm quite well. CVBF will perform well over the coming years as the sound decision making which kept them from failing will guide them into the coming recovery.
