Reasons to long-term buy CSR:
1. Strong profit growth of company
2. Restructured debt position will reduce costs
3. Between 20 to 40 percent growth rates in revenues
4. Very large wins of additional customer base: e-city projects, several multi-100 millions USD of new wins which will be booked in 2010 and beyond
5. the new project wins totalling approx. 2 bn USD are as follows:
Huayin City (Nov 2nd) - 1.7 billion RMB
Shangluo City (Nov 2nd) - 1.2 billion RMB
Nanjing City (Sept 8th) - 944 million RMB
Haimen City (Sept 3rd) - 1 billion RMB
Total: 4.844 billion RMB ($708 Million US)

Projects listed on the CSST Chinese website since Sept/09:
Changchun City (Nov 27th) - 1.5 billion RMB
Dantu Park, Zhenjiang City (Nov 27th) - value unknown
Tongling City (Nov 15th,09) - 1.5 billion RMB
Zhenjiang City (Oct 23rd,09) - 1 billion RMB
Jianyang City (Sept 23th,09) - 3 billion RMB

6. Business is diversified between both the private sector and the government sector
7. Strong organic growth, some of it though is from acquired businesses, however, the acquired businesses continue to contribute to profitability
8. Stabilizing gross margins (margin decrease stopped)
9. High attention to cost control
10. Despite the large growth seen in revenues, the company is profitable. Even with an INCREASING nominal profit over the last few quarters
