But looking for a short-term pop or acquisition by a competitor here in CAPS.

A stock that constantly pays dividends and has sizeable retained earnings should not be dropping like a stone

This company is now worth $170 million on the market. It has $75 million in cash with no debt. The company moved its headquarters from North America to Europe after the US banned online poker gambling. The company had several writedowns due to the move but has since picked up steady business in Asia and Europe where poker is still hot. This company will be surpassing expectations over the next few quarters I believe.
