Short term this might go down just because it's a bank. However, this is MY bank and it's in a great section of NC (Raleigh metro with some more eastern branches in Wilmington): steady population growth, great economy, etc. They have no exposure to sub-prime loans. This should be a steady growth performer over next 5 years.
