Going contrarian on this one. Future NAV might, I say MIGHT, be better than people may think. Rendering today's premium tomorrow's discount. Price was never below $20 except up until a year ago.

If, and I say IF, it goes back to $20, that's when everyone will wish they had gotten in now.

High-fee fund whose dividend is not as high as it looks: some of that distribution is CRF returning to you the money you paid for the stock.
