The stock is currently undervalued on both a book value and P/E perspective. The stock conservatively trades at a 1.1 price to tangible book value ratio and a P/E of 13.1. At the current price the stock is trading at a .96 price to tangible book ratio and 8.52x 2011 estimated earnings of $3.53 per share.

Fair present value is:
P/E valuation: (13.1*2.96(2010 earnings)) = $38
Price / Tangible Book Value = (1.1*31.07) = $34 on a book value perspective
