real estate is coming back. and these guys manage funds, so they get paid even in a down market. of course, they get paid better when it's up. i'd guess $30 by the end of 2010/early 2011.

The outlook on this one, like anything that has to do with real estate, has got to be looong. Who knows when the real estate market will recover? Not me, but the beating has been sever across the board. Cohen and Steers has got to be considered one of the strongest players in the REIT business, so this is where I will want to be when real estate comes back.

The whole market is down right now but this stock is a strong player and I think it'll come back big. In the past it has been consistent.
