The price is moving up in a down market, and receiving upgrades from analysts.

Hunch that the insurance market is "hardening" meaning that P&C insurers should see some pricing power.

Newer management committed to streamlining the company. In the last 5 years they've divested some businesses and are focusing on their core competencies.
