Upcoming buyout. Buyers-group includes Texas Pacific Group(TPG) well-known private equity fund. With such buyers, financing seems available (no problem). Special Committee (independent) just formed and will conduct the process in a formal manner. Formal meaning, first go through process of being open to other bids. Then proceed with due diligence on the offers. Suggest by the end of August most work should be far enough along for the Board to make a vote.decision, and then solicit votes from shareholders. Entire process may take 6 to 12 months, but a nice gain. (by the way Carl Ichan has a core position in the company. This company is similar to Aon, MarshMcM, Willis, insurance brokers)
