I love CCK the company but much of their debt is denominated in foreign currencies as is much of their earnings power.more importantly the company is leveraged about 2.75 : 1 in a rising corporate cost of capital market.

I remember when this stock was $2 and they just restructured. I've been following it since then and think it is a good stock overall. I'll keep an eye on filings for later.
