CB Richard Ellis recently acquired Trammell Crow, another large well established real estate company. CBG market is world wide and well diversified.

Commercial real estate typically outperforms residential but this time is different. Margins are unsustainably high going into a slowdown so look out below. The housing stocks actually look more washed out but commercial still needs to correct more
