The government seems poised to let the same bankers who put us in this mess profit massively from it. Funds like BKT should be able to buy up distressed mortgage assets at fire-sale prices.

If you can't beat'em, join'em.... I guess. Ugh.

This stock has seen some decline over the past few months, but provided a healthy dividend yeilding over 7%. Unfortunately this does not compensate for their poor management of thier resources and revenue. This stock is also very over valued with a PE 37.2x wich is one of the highest in thier industry.
