I met the CFO of BBNK today and I was impressed with his presentation and even his personality. He explained how this is a bank based in San Jose, CA that has little exposure to the homebuilder/mortgage lending sector. In fact, a majority of his one hour presentation was a PPT presentation outlining the corrupt process of 'off-balance-sheet' loans. Here is the podcast of his presentation:
