A mineral company that is not making money isn't likely to do well in the collapse of commodity prices.

AZC has not demonstrated ongoing financial feasiblity. Costs are grossly underestimated for the Rosemont Project, Air Quality Permit denied and appeal was lost.Ongoing financing uncertain. HEAVY opposition, will be in the courts for years. There are much better copper plays.

Sold at a small profit (7%), then bought back in.

Since the market seems to be all about "trading" these days, instead of investing, I am trying to take advantage of this by using short term trading to take some profits, and lower my starting price for a longer term hold.

This one is all about their "permit". If they get it, this price is a steal, if they don't, the downside risk has been minimalized.

I believe they will get the permit.

Since they have not started mining yet, this stock tends to move with the price of copper.

Should get some indication in the next few weeks as to whether or not they will become a "mine" after the first of the year, or continue as a development.

The opposition is primarily locals and environmentalists who see them as the "big bad destroyers" of the beautiful Arizona landscape.

I believe it is worth a look if you are a longer term investor.

JMO and worth exactly what I am charging for it.
