Quality insurance/reinsurance company with strong balance sheet.
Selling at about 10% under book value and has a 2.6% dividend that should be increased over time.

rising interest rates would be a positive for a company like AXS which looks to generate a return on the cash that they take in as premiums and hold as reserves
