I heard some smart people were buying it at 20. Thought it was pretty good at 25. Think it can go to 35, so..I'm in at 29.

AWK is locked into paying $.80/sh/yr so it will never pay more than 4% ever BUT with std instruments of low risk paying 1-2% annually that is a fantastic return virtually guaranteed by PUC's across the USA. Any time it's under $20/sh it is a good… More

Lots of room to raise the price on water, particularly where they operate as a monopoly. Soon municipalities will forget they even have the option of running their own water and wastewater systems.
