AWH is attempting to merge with TRH. After they announced this, Validus stepped in with another offer, and then Berkshire stepped in with an even higher offer. Two possibilities here:

A) The merger is completed, the combined entity is a quality reinsurer trading below book

B) The merger falls through, AWH is still a quality reinsurer trading below book
