As the dominant telecom IT specialist, with market share north of 50%, it will benefit from continued growth in China's telecom markets.

One risk is its customer concentration, as China Mobile accounts for more than 60% of revenues. Another is the continued integration of Linkage.

CHL's portion of revenues continue to decline and assuming it can absorb its one-time rival without too many hiccups, I think this is a good long term investment and its current price -- below its 52-week high -- is a good entry point.
