They had to borrow money from their Chairman of the Board, CEO, and members of their families, on an unsecured basis, to advance approximately $8.2 million to the Company.They have 293MM in debt and only 3.5MM in cash. They lost $.54/share in 2Q08.… More

Trading right around net cash, continuing to bring in cash. Protected very well to the downside with hard, liquid assets and plenty of room for upside potential.

Excellent history of profitability. Trading at ~80% NCAV. Piotroski score of 8. Don't know yet if I'd want to hold this company forever. I'm not sure if they have any kind of durable competitive advantage.
