This is a great company to be employed under. They were the middle tier when I worked for Computer Sciences Corporation as a consultant for about an year. Though they are a tiny firm compared to Kforce, Roberthalf... both of which I have worked under, I like Analysts better.

Saying that, I think coming out of a recession, the amount of time, effort, and money a staffing firm spends in hiring one consultant is way more when compared to what that was back before 2007.
Any end client now wants a better consultant and are willing to spend that time and effort in interviews and the rest of the hiring process.

This not only decreases pay to the consultant but also has an impact on the margins for a staffing firm.

Another important thing to consider is that when pay cuts and margin compressions come in - they take into effect abruptly. But, pay rises and margin increases take time to come back to pre recession levels.

While Analysts seems to have come out of it not quiet scathed as some of the staffing firms, I'm pretty bearish on the whole staffing industry.
