Cash $21M, Debt $1.22B, in an era of declining sales, spells trouble to me.

Up 156% YTD, selling for 1.7xbook, good free cash flow over the last three qtrs. Everything isn't perfect: negative profit margin over TTM, poor ROE and considerable debt, however they are expanding, which may account for the debt. Overall, it looks good to me.

The whole company is selling for less than the value of a just a few of its dealerships. Eventually this will get corrected.

I am very sorry to have missed $15 on this stock. I suspect, given its location in 93 dealerships, it will always have great access to sellers, resellers and directly to general public retailers. I like that they're expanding out to Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas and Texas; and are looking to get more market share by getting additional locations in the South. While this stock is taking a beating now, I believe the current economic downturn will have people repairing their cars instead of buying new ones. Hopefully, the gas prices will find some adjustment downward with government intervention and vehicles will get back to hitting the road, resulting in the need for more parts. Also, they're providing cars and parts on the high-end side that have been holding steady in sales (the rich stay rich, even during a recession.) I want in on this stock before $20.
