This stock has been a dog starting from IPO. I'm no stock genius, but any stock that loses 75% of it's value over 5 years is not a 'HOLD' as the analysts say.

ACCO Brands Corp (ABD)
The Company is primarily involved in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of office products including paper fastening, document management, computer accessories, time management, presentation and other office products.

Currently, ABD is 44% off its 52 week high, but still approx. 400% up since March 2009 low.
My kind of value play.
