Let’s not get ahead of ourselves here, everyone’s so optimistic…. things don’t always pan out as they should on paper , No more guessing time games, If Expectations and Estimates are the only factual grounds as to what this stocks rating and future are based on, then be cautions. Listen I don’t know where the price of oil will end up in the foreseeable future and there are a lot of factors weighing in on this stock, not just related to commodities, but they do operate in another country with different standards among different bureaucratic procedures, I don’t know much about the management or the way the company is run with its 40 or so employees. There "detailed" website fails to emphasize certain elements.

On October 30th of 2009 a Press Release was issued regarding something about private funding for the completion of Gujiao oil depot facility which has a capacity of 70,000 metric tons for fuel, oil, whatever they may want to store. I’m going to copy paste here “The additional facility is expected to come online January of 2010 and is expected to generate approximately $40 million in revenue and $6 million in net income during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.” How magical, gotta love Mark-to-market accounting. Yeah I think I’ll wait this one out.

Listen I’m not trying to bash the company, just offering a different outlook, its caps after all, and I could care less about my rating, I can afford to take many hits on caps, I can’t afford to take them in the tangible Market however. I’ll wait off for the time being and follow this closely before i decide buying some shares.
